Macrae and Suckling.

This really isn't fair, because i wasn't present for the HB selection i couldn't vote JJ, now i wouldhave to keep JJ out of the team, i don't see him as anything further up the field then wing.. kind of had no choice but to bench JJ... can't do it, the boy has earn't his place in the first line up, not the bench... i had to flail myself with a mace choosing between JJ and hunter who had a ripper end to the year.

in the end i figured we need at least one wingman who was fast... suckling.. fast... he is not

Hunter and JJ for me. Think Suckling can play a HFF better than the others. JJ is quick and need his run. Leaves Picken and McCrae on the pine.

Off topic but looking at who is missing out and how deep this group's mids and flankers run, I remain surprised that some still think Hrovat makes it at our club or that we should pick up more mids this draft.

This is the easiest so far for me. Hunter and suckling.

Macrae and JJ to start on the pine and rotate through half back/ on ball/ wing.

No shame in starting on Te pine these days.
Agree with almost everything you've said with one minor change: I loved Macrae's transition to a starting on-baller this year and I have voted for him to remain there, with Wallis either starting forward or on the bench. Of course he didn't win that spot in the team though, so in this scenario, I've voted the same way you have.

Stringer, Crameri, Dickson, T.Boyd, Dahlhaus, errrm 6 you say and i don't
think he is a CHF either.o_O

You only listed 5. If Hunter gets the nod over Suckling on the wing I'll be voting for Suckling on the HFF. Personally I think Hunter is a better option close to goals as he has terrific goal sense, and Suckling is better further up the ground for the real run and carry through the zone

x6 boydshow CHF is the sixth and i don't think we have one, all i said was
Suckling is not a CHF. I agree with your description of Suckling as a
player 100 %. I hope we get Mitch Brown as the CHF option as i think he
is the most AFL ready option and has great mobility and the ability to
play multiple roles.

If we don't get somebody like Brown, I'd be comfortable listing Stringer at CHF and going in with one of Boyd/Redpath.

That makes room for Suckers on a flank.
