I have the first (gold magpie with diamond encrusted 1) lapel/tie pin commissioned by the club for its inaugural number 1 ticket holder.

That sounds like a really interesting piece. How old is it? Any pics?

This has absolutely zip to do with Port memorabilia, but this is probably the most suitable thread for it.

I just found under a heap of clothes in an old suitcase that was with my late aunty's stuff, what appears to be a driver's suit, with a Fosters Adelaide Grand Prix 1992 badge on it.

It's obviously not a formula 1 suit because it has Holden Nova badges, and Telecom mobile net badges, Simpson badges, who were the manufacturers of the suit, plus the name Monte Dwyer under an American flag, so I'm guessing it's from the celebrity race.

Interesting find even so.

These were given to me yesterday and not really as narly as most of the stuff that is posted in this thread but i reckon they're pretty cool anyway.
The stickers and glass have never been used and I can recall in the eighties many cars had the mirrored/sparkly type sticker on the back windows.

Red tin just to show size of the glass!!

1990 glass is pretty neat. You should use it when you have Glenelg supporting mates round for a drink.

I’d assume they’re referring to either the fist or the lightning sash. The third planet teal guernsey is pretty easy to get your hands on.
