It's hard to keep track of the number of finals played by teams who are only there to make up the numbers in the bottom half of the 8, and never genuinely contend.

Most of their finals appearances this century have been quite forgettable.

They've played one 'dead rubber' whilst having already qualified for finals since the turn of the century, and that was after they had secured 5th spot and couldn't move into the top 4, when Collingwood had top spot secured in our premiership year.
