Who? Oh the guys who failed to hold Collingwood to a losing score twice.

If you'd had Shulz and Houston this year you would've made the Grand Final.

If you traded out one of the Colmen you might get 3 decent players in return. Imagine that, a decent pressure forward, a running defender and a fast mid. You'd almost be balanced then.
Lmao u are absolutely clueless 😂😂😂 Schultz wouldn't have made any difference to our team this year

My word I can't be reading this right

Just to wrap up the last couple of days of advice from Pies fans...
1. Trade Cerra instead of Kennedy
2. Trade Curnow or McKay
3. Bring Schultz in to win a flag
4. Keep our "best" small forward Matt Owies

You lot must really hate Carlton

How many do you have since you stopped rorting? 0.

That HBF would have made Carlton a top 4 side.

Premiership sides start with a great defence, and a balanced team.

Our age profile ain't well balanced, but your list is top heavy. So slow, 2 Coleman medallists, no small forwards (in the last 2 Grand finals how many goals did the small forwards kick?) and the backline is Wetering, Saad and....oh dear.
9 changes to the list hopefully addresses a few of the issues you think are problematic at Carlton.
Can't sit our hands and make 2 or 3 changes and think it's just gunna propel the team to top 4 . They are obviously going to target a few kids , and hope that the injuries aren't as catastrophic as last year. We all saw what they did to Geelong by smacking them by 11 goals with a healthy team, so the list isn't as bad as some of you pies supporters make out

Those 24 goals Schitz kicked for the year and the 61 % disposal efficiency clearly would have tipped the scales in Carltons favour.
NewsAlert- he is BOG average
No comment on the forward pressure element to his game?

You know, the component Owies lacked which was the key reason your club traded him?

Change can definitely be positive, but not when the change weakens your list at the precise time your top 6 are in the prime of their careers.

Richmond beat Sydney in 2024 too.... maybe they're not as far away from it as we all think either?

Coaches awards for little fatties don't really count.
Forget about the coaches award.

You were critically analysing his game, and you referenced goals and disposal efficiency.

Owies was your 3rd highest goalkicker with 33 - a pretty good return for any small forward (and the best at Carlton by a long way), but you traded him because of his lack of defensive pressure.

So I would have thought if Carlton supporters were critically analysing a small forwards performance, defensive pressure would be one of the first things they look at?

So.... what are your thoughts on Schultz's defensive pressure?

No we traded him because of the role he plays in the team and lack of upside. We have more talented kids who fit our needs in the fwd line better that we need to bring through, Owies will not be missed.
