If I was a tanker supporter I'd be going full kreuze missile, gloating about securing a top 2 spot while gaslighting all and sundry about the draw. I'm Jelly.

How in the actual fcuk do we have the 3rd hardest draw and the blues have the 3rd easiest? I mean, how in the actual fcuk does that make sense? I've read from many blues supporters in this thread that say they finished higher than us on the ladder in 2024, so how does this make any logical sense? I understand that their ability to play football outside of giving Cripps the ball is not good and they need artificial assistance but this is just lunacy. Oh well, it will just make our thread victory all the sweeter I suppose.

Already an * on this thread for next season

The projected 2025 fixture difficulty assessments (based on 2024) are redundant.

You can only assess the 2025 Fixture difficulty once 2025 has played out and you actually know who the easy beats were.

In 2024, Port and Carlton both actually ended up with soft fixtures.

Still leaning on the draw, absolutely hilarious give this year's predictions

Pie supporters must have had North and Tigers in the top 8
I mean, they all tip Carlton to finish 14th or 15th in 2025 so what has the fixture got to do with our forecast final ladder position. We should really struggle is what they are projecting. Can't use the fixture as a boost to finish 15th can you ?

The Collingwood sympathisers are here and they're firing

As one successful organisation to another I find it easy to relate to Collingwood. I find it difficult to relate to clubs who tell us how good they are and that the flag is theirs for the taking only to go 60-0 in a big final.

I want the blue bags to do well, just like the AFL fixturing department. Hopefully 2025 is your year!

I think it's great the Lions finally won a non merger flag, great final series in 2024

There was plenty of chest-beating from both sets of supporters in 2024 if you had both eyes open

It's because unfortunately, Collingwood can't play itself.

I’m envious of Carlton and Essendon supporters constantly being able to celebrate their most recent successes. Being able to always celebrate the past would be a great feeling as a fan.

That's the beauty of Australian Rules, dates back further than expansion or merger clubs

That’s why I’m envious of Melbourne, the OG and only non expansion club in the league!

I just got my abacus out and calculated that Collingwood and Brisbane have won as many premierships between them as Carlton have won finals since the turn of the century.

And half of those premierships have been courtesy of Grand Finals against one another.

RESPECT.
