Absolutely nothing in the post was new information to me, hence there was no need for me to do anything other than:

A) Correct the omission of Lipinski's 6th place finish in the 2022 Copeland, and
B) Repeat my conclusion that they are both C Graders going into 2025.

Quite simply, maybe I'm a harsher marker than many others. Players I consider B Graders are:
Josh Daicos (pushing into A Grader status)
Brayden Maynard (perennial top 5 Copeland finisher and proven finals performer)
Jack Crisp (dual best and fairest and proven finals player)

They are behind Collingwood's A Graders - N. Daicos, D. Moore (though was down from this level in 2024), D. Houston, J. De Goey.
You rate them harsher?
Then state JDG is an A grader…….
You’re taking the piss surely?
When?
When has he ever produced a season that would have him considered an A grader?
2018? Coming up for 7 seasons ago……
He’s the Kyrgios of the AFL, talented yet consistently underperformed. As a commentator stated years ago, all sizzle no sausage.
JDG isn’t an A graders cornhole.

Jeepers.

You're amongst the many who are having kittens for me rating Hewett a C Grader, and you give him a B-

Wowee.

Nah … it’s your rating of Hewett and Lipinski on similar levels that’s non-sensical.

Twenty—four—two—zero— wiped the Blues in head—to—head —
twenty—three—twenty—two—three to one and owned again
(Blues—blues—blues—blues—slippin down the slide again!)
There's no discharge in the war!

Don't—don't—don't—don't—look at what's in front of you.
(Blues—blues—blues—blues—slippin down the slide again!)
Men—men—men—men—men go mad with watchin' em,
An' there's no discharge in the war!

Ha ha you've found a good pub, where is it.

Kipling would have been a Melbourne supporter, but he's a fine poet nonetheless.

Edit: he wrote "Boots" before WWI, and it's about how blokes get PTSD from forced marches.

It's a creepy poem and apparently they use it as a mindbreak when they're stress testing special forces. They use a recording from some insane sounding yank, they put it in a horror movie ad recently.

Haven’t heard much from AFL house in relation to Lukey’s X account.

Spoon feed them a soft draw, then all quiet on another ‘soft’ matter.

No excuses in season 25 for this lot, they are getting free kicks before a ball has even been bounced.
They are absolutely terrified of him, he's like a modern-day Thomas Shelby

Imagine a Peaky style scene where Dilon summons Sayers to his office.

"On my way in here, I stop to tie my shoelace. When I did that, I took a quick selfie of my John Thomas, and tied a string to the send button. If I don't walk out of here in 5 minutes, I will blow up the AFL"

Some Pie fans whinging again, even before a ball is bounced.

You'd wanna apologise after that effort

What would you like the AFL to do? Authenticate the photo?

If this was a player the AFL would have gotten involved.

No need to authenticate anything, pretty obvious what happened.

FWIW I hope he stays on, the AFL giving Carlton enough free kicks with the draw. Need them to implode from within.
