Nicks - You’d have to think no.1. Must play finals.

B. Scott - no finals in 2025 and huge pressure

Clarkson - needs a lot of improvement next year

Beverage - have to be top 6 I reckon as a pass mark

Goodwin - Another flop and you’ve got to cut him loose. Can’t be a Beverage situation long term.

Hinkley - is he ever under pressure?

Reckon that’s the order.

Adem Yze, has to be.
Probably has another 2 years before the pressure really kicks in on him (without anything unusual happening). Clearly going to be bottom next year and then have 1-2 years after that to start seeing improvement

I think Nicks is probably the only coach that could get sacked midseason.
Goodwin or Bevo might walk if the board says they're going in a different direction starting next year. (I don't think Doggies will have a bad enough season for that to happen)
Longmuir and Voss could get sacked after the season ends if Freo/Carlton miss the 8 again.
But yeah - you can definitely see the pressure mounting on Nicks if the Crows get off to a bad start, then getting sacked after a bad loss.

Clarkson will want to show some improvement next year. Don't think his job will be under any serious threat but there will be some media pressure.

Nicks and Voss for mine are under the biggest threat of losing their job.
Maybe.
I never had any expectation of avoiding the spoon until maybe 2025, and certainly saw no chance of finals in the five year contract. Anything from 2-5 wins is a pass next year, so long as percentage improves and the bad games aren't as bad or as common. Even if - unlike 2024 - the closest thing the club has to a defence is available.
I think people under-estimate how much the quick, unexpected, turnover of coaches (and an off-season without a senior coach or most a recruiting/list management group) with Shaw and Noble impacted planning. The lack of continuity meant essentially three years in four were akin to a first year rebuild.
