Why are Soccer players not being Targeted?

Ok just seen the Vixens' website - be more than happy to play with them any time of the day.

I hope you didn't find any non political correct sites on the way. I heard one of them on the radio, complaining that when you google Vixen, you find all sorts of things.

And I can still live comfortably with the fact that my cousin is a better soccer player than most people in the A-League (She played for the under 15 ACT team at 12 which is weird since she's from Wodonga)

question to you afl folk.

which footballers would you say might have the skills to switch to the afl?

It's academic - the very best earn far, far too much to even bother contemplating.

Also, in terms of ball skills, very little translates across.

But if I were to consider positional aspects, athleticism, adaptability, and an ability to perform under physical pressure, for me, it's hard to go past C. Ronaldo.

Ignoring for the moment that he's had a terrible WC, in the Premier League in particular, he regularly displayed qualities that suggested he could have put his mind to absolutely anything.

And also ignoring his irritating penchant for lairising, he has the physique, athleticism agility, balance, good low to the ground and in the air, and most importantly for me (in the context of this question), he has shown a willingness to crash through a crowded penalty box and meet a cross with absolute venom, displaying zero fear.

So big thumbs up from me. :thumbsu:

But seeing his earnings are as much as half the annual salary cap - it's academic.

For me, Wayne Rooney would make a much better footy player then C Ronaldo, who in my opinion is a ******** pansy who can't perform at international tournaments. That's right, I have an intense dislike for C Ronaldo, can't stand the ****.
