You have a good memory Jumbo. That was a long time ago. Times just aren't the same anymore. The quality of PAPS posters in the bay has deteriorated to the point where Amstaff is the best you've got. I guess I've dropped down to their level but I just don't have the time anymore.

I agree. I have several on ignore so I don't have to read their drivel. It's also why I don't go to the Poort board much anymore. It is getting too difficult to wade through all the Cowcentric propaganda to find any football discussion.

Did you notice that late in the Showdown Wines and Crouch went head to head for a contested ball and Wines kicked his sorry arse. It was Wines smashing Crouch in that contest that lead to a Wingard goal and Port being within 8 points.

With 4:30 to go you can hear Bruce say "Crouch and Wines. Two young guns and Wines wins that battle."

When the game was on the line Wines smashed Crouch and that's why Wines is the better footballer.
