Both Paris and Brussels have some beautiful parts, and some damn scary ones as well

Yep, the area around the Eiffel Tour is God awful. Soooooo busy. Worst part of my trip there. Back streets are miles better.

Birmingham is a bloody grim area. Would grow into a deep depression if I was to live there.

Stayed there the Hotel was near Broad street.
seemed alright the areas I went too.


All big city's have dodge areas.

Did a hop of bus tour thing in London .
We meant to get off .didn't really know.
Then we noticed the the streets looking a bit dodgy.
Walked down stairs the bus driver WTF you still on here...
I can't left you off in this area....LoL..
Dropped us off at the closet under ground.

Perth Williams street and Mall area .
Divvy van was there every day.
Seen quiet a few fights.

Smithton Tas.
Some locals had a go at me , I was only miding my own business.
Then another car of hoods showed up.
I stood up to them and left.
Next day we were doing the tarkine drive.
Heard on the radio the drug problem in Smithton ...lol.

Every city every state has dodge spots.

Makati District, Manila, Philippines.

Better options for nightlife in that city for foreigners.

Seen some bad ones in America.

Went for a walk a few blocks off the Strip in Vegas to see a guy with no shirt on getting arrested, it was a good sign to turn around and walk back the way I came from.

Bus from Nashville to Memphis stopped off at a place called Jackson for a 30 minute break, I stepped off the bus and went back on.

I never felt safe walking around Louisville or Memphis.

Went to the Bronx by myself. Not doing that again.

In 2009 I went on the hop on hop off bus that goes through the Bronx, it looked as rough as guts.

Around the 9th Ward in New Orleans was pretty grim. Weird city, the bad areas run on streets that interject with some of the richest in the area. Rest of is was unreal though, one of the best cities I've seen.

Good during the day but the overall vibe really turns bad once the sun sets.

I was in Kansas City, Missouri with my brother to sample various barbecue restaurants. We decided to walk from our hotel to dinner one night, but went a couple of blocks too far.

I had a weird feeling the entire time I was there, The only time I went out a night was when I went to a concert.

Have heard a lot of Americans say the same thing about that part of the country.

I grew up in Frankston. Not even the Cape Flats worried me. Though some parts of Belize City felt a kanannok bath could be fatal.

Spent a few nights in St Louis, not going back there in a hurry, had a pretty decent shock.

Didn't get robbed bashed or even in a fight. Walked down the wrong street and was told in no uncertain terms to turn around walk straight back the other way by a very intimidating gentleman.
