Canada already has delivery dates for the Pfizer boosters in 2022/23

Best we get for 1st dose is 'maybe 4th quarter'

Why not just answer the question- of course I picked a relevant example, why did you pick canada for your point? same reason because its relevant.

We were talking about vaccines, not places to live.

You know this, but as usual you prefer to deflect to inane questions that aren't relevant.

Right on schedule

Scientists Find How AstraZeneca Vaccine Causes Clots

This doesn't sound good

The second key step in these reactions is caused by EDTA, a calcium-binding agent and stabilizer that is added to the AstraZeneca vaccine...EDTA opens junctions between cells that form the walls of blood vessels, causing them to become leaky. This allows the giant complexes formed by proteins and platelets to enter the blood circulation, where they — on very rare occasions — trigger that body-wide alarm.

Never waste a good crisis. Governments turning covid into a money spinner. At least the Vics are being honest

Why is 'business' more morally acceptable then ordinary peoples needs?

Tom cruuise can make a movie in Australia but an australian can't watch a movie in hollywood

Do you have a lot of these first world problems?

Do you have a lot of these first world problems?

GLIB is not one of them. Its a problem to believe the world should be as equal as possible?. and the last 12 months has shown me that business is the easiest thing to conduct online.

If australia loses its characteristic boldness, it will leave the ranks of 'first world'

Yeah those really important ordinary people's needs like travelling to India for a wedding then returning to spread covid and cause state-wide lockdown...

International student will be coming back to Vic soon under a similar exemption process, like it or not. Our economy needs it.

If the economy is going so well, we can spend more to make quarantine numbers more equitable

Same reason why our slow vaccination rate may bite us down the track. All well and good holding the virus at bay, but if other wealthy nations are vaccinated and travelling amongst each other what good does it do to have us sitting on our hands down here.

No, the economy does not need crush loaded infrastructure, increased pressure on rental stock and increased virus risk. Australians also do not need foreigners coming in while being unable to travel themselves.

Lots of film makers coming in, haven't heard of them bringing the virus.

Well it is questionable whether they should be coming in too, but at least these people are basically not using infrastructure that every day Australians use, nor adding to the pressures on housing stock. Also if they are coming from the US, they are probably vaccinated now, or will be very soon.

Stuff like this going on in India must be a big wakeup call that while they are a country on the up, they are still a long way off competing with the big boys.
