Show me another show that's on free to air and not pay tv. The general difference between the two either for first run/live sports or entertainment programs in USA is network tv/fta shows rate at least 2-3 times better.

Crowd is practically dead for her (even a few boos during her promo), and a nonsencial promo in which her main point is “everyone like me can be like me, an almost super hero”.
Are the writers high in pitching or OKing this?
and to show how uncared about she is, after making her entrance, after ads, we see a Gold Medalist from Tokyo get a huge cheer, and then a Sad Riddle promo.

Shes the perfect example of why not all wrestlers should have their own creative freedom. Outside of cosplaying, she has no actual character. Its just shit. Can't wait for the inevitable heel turn because we turned on her. 
She’d get booed even at a local indie show due to how basic, wholesome and generally lame her character is
They've told the "plucky underdog" story backwards. You don't have the underdog win the title at the start of the story. Now there's nowhere to go.

Its not just that, but the visual of a 5 foot 2 wrestler overpowering Rhea Ripley who is 5"7-8 and Flair who is almost 6 feet tall and standing on top of the RAW women's' division is just laughably ridiculous. At least Bianca Belair on SD and Raquel Gonzalez from NXT looks like credible champs.

You know in your heart of hearts that when Rey was World Heavyweight champ that he was crushed at every angle. That's not how you build-up your top Champ. At least Rey wrestled for over a decade though. More baffling is that when Greg Helms was Cruiser-weight champ he was 40lbs heavier than Rey .
Nikki is just weird booking all around.
That Riddle Orton stuff was just some good wholesome shit. Hopefully they win the titles at Summerslam and hold them through to around the Royal Rumble then have them split and have a heated fued with the payoff at WM. Riddle is already over but this story with Randy could turn him into a legit megastar..

Can't have him doing the whole across the ring spear only days out of Summerslam. Too likely to hurt himself running that far so it's two step double leg take down time.
And there's no way hes jack hammering Lashley successfully
It takes a lot of strength for the person up there so if Lashley can stay still he might be a chance. Be fun either way. Might just look like a suplex.
