Im not just saying it because he is kicking poorly today, and no doubt the guy is a star, but as soon as he gets the ball within 60 he turns the blinkers on.

That is not the point. He is a remarkable talent and yes all players have days when they don't kick well for goal. I don't have a problem with his innacuracy so much as I have a problem with him turning his back on the play completely when he marks 60 out on the boundary line rather than at least turning round and looking for other options as he backs back. Not asking much.
As good as he is he has so much more ability to bring his team mates into the game better rather than feeling the need to do it all himself all the time. Hawthorn will be better for it when he does.
