I didn't deride you, I was just commenting that this subject has been expressed forever. I'm just getting ready for another 200 or so random posts about how losing Jones was bad, same as there has been a nauseating amount of discussion on Mitchell.

I think it's fair to get sick of it, though realistically I should just ignore them, but Im just giving my opinion.

Zac Jones in our last year on multiple occassions was unable to return the ball to a player with a free kick by foot, his kicking is that bad. In fact the umpire didnt even give him a 50m penalty as he tried his best to return the ball. Only Florent rivals that disposal level.

That superstar Membrey also kicked 0 goals 0.

Jones would have gotten himself up for last night against his old side as they do, but he wasn't the reason the Saints won. They have a great age demographic & Jones is a good part of that but without Jones the Saints wouldn't miss a beat based on his role last night.
That last quarter was all over once they kicked the first goal.
27 points, 50 odd points, what did it matter once the game was lost. Severely undermanned last night.
I want to watch Jones against West Coast & Geelong to see how honest & clean he is under real pressure.
