Thing-that-blocks-ads is your friend. I've been getting emails about a thing called Curiosity Stream - supposedly "If it's out there, it's in here". There is such a streaming service by that name, so I'm curious, but not curious enough to click on anything in those emails.

Lol the absolute mind boggling stupidity of workplaces asking that you get sick certificates when off work for flu like symptoms, while every single doctors office either refuses to see you because you have flu symptoms or next available appointment is 3+ days away

I’m getting asked to pay $74 for a Telehealth appointment (wtf?) go to a chemist and pay $25 for a note for 1 day only, meaning if this flu Carrie’s on multiple days, which is like extremely common for a ****ing flu, I have to keep going back and paying $25, or drive across Sydney to a specialist covid respiratory clinic which will take up my entire day and likely expose me to covid while in a waiting room entirely filled with people who just happen to have covid.

Honestly. It would have been easier for me to just go into work sick. What a dumb ****ing society we are.
