Out: Darcy, R.Smith, Cordy, McComb
In: West, JJ, Crozier, Keath

Duryea Keath Richards
Dale Gardner Crozier
Hunter Libba Treloar
B.Smith Naughton Dunkley
Weightman Bruce JUH

English Bont Macrae
Daniel West JJ Williams VDM(sub)

Darcy and R.Smith don't deserve to be dropped after last week but let me explain the in's.
West for obvious forward pressure and finals worthy attack on the ball.
JJ for the large ground and potential open space to run in the front half.
Crozier to ensure we have another "defender" in defence and free up Dale and Richards to be more attacking.
Keath coz he is our best key back, even at 75% healthy/out of form

if we need another tall, i'd keep Cordy and drop Williams. Darcy is our future but not right now. And can't play Bruce and Darcy in the same team i reckon.
LOL Darcy and Smith it’s hard to read past that

Based on Sunday's performances, there is no chance Roarke or Darcy can be dropped. I know there have been som head scratching decisions at selection but this would send a message that form does not matter at all and your place in the team is purely at the whims of coach. It would be demoralising
Not as many head scratching selections as there have been head scratching selection posts

Is there a possibility that if we win this first final in Perth, we could then play our next final in Melbourne, then possibly play Sydney in NSW followed by playing in the Big One at the G, thus mirroring our on-the-road path to glory in 2016? Sure our home and away form this season was not as consistent as 2016 and we have to actually defeat Freo to begin with but then again, why not us?

If we show up, we beat Freo.

One of Freo’s biggest strengths is their key defenders. I’d really like to bring in Schache to play a defensive forward role to free up Naughton and Marra. He’s done it well before.

Seems a pipe dream though give his papers seem stamped.

So we beat Freo by less than 71 points?
Haha safe to say we were better than port despite being lower on the ladder

I’m waiting for another petty bf old timer to bring up the “deserve” thing again now

I don’t think we really have a case as being better than Freo based on what this year has shown. The case against port was not complicated even though we were underdogs with the bookies for that prelim

Heard a rumour on SEN that Freo might be looking at Schache in the off season

The season wide gap between Freo and us this year is bigger than the difference between us and port last year. We had won 15 games and beaten them at home during the season
We certainly did not play as well across the season but I wouldn’t say we are in any worse form now than this time last year
We are a better side than Freo we just need to bring it

And it costs us nothing to be optimistic

Not sure why you would think that. They were saying similar things last year and he played during the finals

Think you are overstating Freo, they are not that good. There style is a bit tricky but overall we are a better team. we just need to be efficient in our forward half and we will win easily

You just know Bevo is going to swing some crazy different s**t & see how it goes.

Any predictions?
Hannan, Scott, McComb in

English, Darcy, Hunter out

Dunkley lead ruck to get the advantage at ground level
Hannan down back
McComb replacing Dunks on ball
Treloar down back
Scott playing iso full forward
