Very sad, but I suspect Stack is more likely to end up in jail than to suddenly turn his life aroundSydney Stack? Hugely talented, just needs to mature in thoughts and actions.
Make up for ditching Stengle
Shame, shame, shame...you beat me too itNot sure how Hinchy would go on the wing

I'm working from memory of what posters like Vader have said, but - is it the case that we actually have to delist a player such as Crouch to move them to the rookie list? We can just move the player from one list to the other, after the ND / before the RD?
If we do have medi-subs or Jimmy Bartel’s tactical subs (not requiring a doctor to sign off), I do like JB’s idea that no sub should be a debutant as it just ruins their debut (especially if they don’t get on the ground!).Isn't every sub tactical now in most cases?
As explained by Reid .....we have a cupboard full of wingmen .....I agree, Poulter is surplus to requirements
Reid mentioned Seedsman, which was interesting. This blows my mind.
A cupboard full of Wingmen where?
Crouch? Jones? Hately? Sholl? Hinge?
Name our Wingmen, who are actually Wingmen or potential AFL standard Wingmen.

Dawson, Jones, Seedsman, Smith, Milera, Sholl, Soligo, Cook with other kids like Taylor coming through.
Looks like a glass half full assessment to me.Yeah I know you can throw anyone on the Wing but that's not really what I was asking.
Out of those lot you have
Dawson- Our preferred KPD because he can kick and mark.
Seed- enough said.
Smith- it's not 1999
Soligo- have him on ball every day.
Jones - Not fare. I Dont know what he is just yet, but he's definitely not a Wimgman.
Milera- Maybe one day, should he manage to better his pre-injury form(doubtful).
Taylor- onballer.
Cook - Maybe.
Sholl- For now.
Cupboard looks pretty average to me.
I wonder if THIS foxsports article indicates the direct senior-to-rookie transfer path isn't available this year as it reports the following de-listings:
- Nakia Cockatoo, Ryan Lester & Bris “committed” to reselecting both at RD
- Cooper Murley & Coll pledged to reselect at RD
- Dylan Williams & Port committed to reselecting at RD
(there are other de-listings as well where the club may consider reselecting at RD)
Now, if the commitments to re-rookie are genuine, those clubs could just transfer those players directly to the rookie list if the rule applied this year.
Sadly more likely to end up in jail than make it at AFL levelNot sure how Hinchy would go on the wing

The quote from Reid feels like a close relative of Nicks' stacked midfield oneYeah I know you can throw anyone on the Wing but that's not really what I was asking.

We will have spots ready for them to go into to make our 3 picks. Gold Coast had to delist Greenwood to open up a list spot to get the 3 mandatory picksI don’t think so - isn’t that how Gold Coast lost Greenwood? Had to delist him and then he took up a contract with North

So you're suggesting Poulter is that AFL standard Wingman .....if I've read your post correctlyThis blows my mind.

Agreed. Sounds like a whinge without any substance. So you're suggesting Poulter is that AFL standard Wingman .....if I've read your post correctly
You prefer Poulter to Hinge, Cook, Nankervis, Soligo, Dawson ?......hell, I'd even take Sholl over Poulter
There's a reason a player get delisted after his rookie Contract !
A big-bodied mid, a mobile ruck and a KPD are all needs ahead of a player like Stack.Sydney Stack? Hugely talented, just needs to mature in thoughts and actions.

Why would we?The Herald Sun reported Richmond was keen to secure a tall forward with at least one of its two late picks in the national draft.
Most of this year’s best key-position prospects are defenders, but West Adelaide duo Harry Lemmey (199cm) and Tom Scully (202cm) could still be on the table after both were invited to the recent national draft combine.
Both players had subpar national championships campaigns, but impressed at various SANFL levels. Both players kicked three each across the Bloods’ two finals, while Scully booted 50 goals in the Under 18s competition.
“I’m not sure what will happen come draft time, but I think clubs should know that I’m willing to do whatever it takes to get there,” Lemmey told foxfooty.com.au earlier this month.
“I feel like throughout this whole age group, I’m one of the most driven and motivated people.
“If it’s Pick 1 or the last pick in the rookie draft, I’m going to do whatever it takes to become a successful player.”

If we have a late pick left .....would we ?
No, but easy mistake. They danced to Rick James' Super Freak, which was sampled in U Can't Touch This.Did the Crows cheerleaders dance to this song in the 90s at Footy Park?
I know they used to dance to Baby got back which features in Nicki Minaj's Anaconda.

Cracking song. Not a great bloke though.
