Imagine he is Ford fairlaine having a burner acc and coming here...or maybe its schultzenfess...or any other of the clowns on their board..take your pick
For the last fu%n time. I’m a damn Crows fan who rates Port’s list. Why is that so hard for some to comprehend? I’ve offered to reveal my name and crows membership via PM but no one takes the offer up.

Last night's game was the highest standard game by some way.
Agree.
Collingwood were very impressive and deserved the win. Great effort by their guys.

Geelong had missing from their defence Jack Henry, Kolodjashnij, Duncan, Stewart before 1/4 time (all premiership defenders). Also De Koning ineffective after his knee incident. That's 5 of their premiership starting 6 defenders. I thought Geelong were good with ball in hand but they got over run by a better side on the night. Both teams will be there when the whips are cracking later this year.

By crikey that Jeremy Cameron is a good player. Lacks a right foot but pretty handy with the other one.

I rate JHF, Rozee and Butters. Not sure their whole list is fantastic

People saying our mids will be the equal or better than theirs.... that's a MAYBE. On current evidence the Port 3 are looking better. Anything could happen though, 12 months ago Rozee was looking a bust, JHF played a good game today but not much else, Butters has injury and concussion issues.

I hope our guys end up better, they all have promise and are young but that doesn't always turn out.

JHF/Rozee/Butters combo looks excellent, but there’s still a lot of time for many of our guys to reach those levels

I do think we’re one mid away from the echelon we need to reach for top 4 aspirations in the next few years, but we’ve still got a bit of time for our current crop to develop

Tex does it well too..

But nowhere newr as many times a game as Oliver does.. not even close..

But Tex isnt a midfielder so its understandable..
Not sure anyone has Tex on a distance pass

Rozee and Butters have a couple of extra years of development compared to our young mids also. 82 and 69 games to their name already.

We're virtually an entire midfield away

Pessimistictakeover strikes again

Berry and Soligo should keep on their great trajectory. Rachele/Rankine should be a key part of the midfield on rotation, eventually. Schoenberg hopefully, but this year is make or break for him. We do need one more genuine 185cm+ star - whether that’s Day, Hollands or someone we draft, we can get there

The premiership drought is fixing to tick over 30 years and people still think correctly identifying the obvious failings is pessimism.

We follow one of the worst organisations in professional sport. Just real dipshittery combined with putrid arrogance.

They legit think they successfully rebuilt without drafting a single early pick midfielder.

But yeah, I'm sure we found bargain basement gold that's totally going to match the young stud Port rolled out today.

So after the Pickett bump on Smith this happened.....

Will he get games for this too??

Again - broken record- if the AFL are serious about protecting the head then he goes straight to the Tribunal and is looking minimum 3 games.

But we all know it will be 1

In all of professional sport? Of course our club is nowhere near the modern gold standard of sporting success, but we’re not even in the bottom five for worst run orgs in our league. Madness

I agree that we lack an A+ midfield prospect that Port currently has, but basing your analysis of our very fresh rebuild off of where our midfield prospects were drafted, rather than watching them play, is - for lack of a more polite term - stupid

Port have a couple of good young players but they also have some big holes on their list. For the first time since about 2012 I'm confident that we actually have some good talent coming through ourselves so I'd rather focus on that then worrying about little brother too much.

Ahh excuse me Mr Southerntakeover , I couldn't help but notice that you haven't got a ladder prediction in the prediction thread. If you're so confident port are so good, put it on paper, even just do them and us if your overloaded with work and want to save time.

Also shall I go and check what you were posting about their fantastic midfield last year, especially rounds 1- 5?

Same goes for you Trigger13
