But it’s so far apart it’s not even funny. We’re hoping Rankine, Rash become midfielders. But what I saw in one quarter today was scary from three Port lads are already bonafide midfield freaks. Takes no knowledge at all. Just a set of eyes. Add Pickett and I might crawl under a rock and sleep until it’s all over. It’s going to be unbearable being the bridesmaid in this town for the next 10 years. Because we must get used it.
That is glass so empty stuff its ridiculous

Agree to disagree. Soligo will be equal if not better than Butters and Rachele will be our Rozee (he has shown he can play midfield as he has done in his draft year). Then there's Rankine who can be anything if not better than JHF in the midfield if you've seen the footage of what he did playing in the midfield in his draft year. But even so, outside of JHF who are their Berry, Schoenberg, Pedlar (fingers cross he remain fit) or even Taylor coming through? And don't crow too early, the Brisbane midfield were horrible today, they didn't run hard both ways and got expose as they all gravitated to the ball. Why do you think there were unmanned Port Power players around the ball today...... ;)

Duds all round at the dees at that stage.
Something to be said for good prospects landing in a good side.
To be fair to Trengove I thought they mismanaged a foot injury

If buddy gets 3 matches (yes I know) then he misses the port game. Amazing how often it happens.
I actually think the Swans could be a better team without him these days. He kicked a couple of early goals but he didn't seem to do a whole lot otherwise. They might be less predictable without him too.
