Murphy really good around the ball tonight!
Our back line makes me nervous but absolutely love Michallaney, wait till he gets a bit more confident and runs with the ball.

Amazing game!
Wait?… he’s doing that already!..

We were pretty tough tonight too, Smith at the end there charging at the ball in a contest with Boak was fantastic.

Rankine covered the most KM on the ground with 15.8km. His 3rd goal was ridiculous, could probably count on one hand the players in the league that could regularly kick those. That was a massive massive goal in the scheme of things.

Amazing

  • Hats off to ROB. His last 6 quarters have been immense. I'm quick to give him shit when he is bad, but he was faultless tonight.
  • All those people who went early on RT being a bust must be feeling a bit silly. This kid will be a star wherever he plays.
  • Rankine was electric.
  • Pedlar had a great small forwards game.
  • Senior players stepping up finally.
  • Jones is a perfect impact player coming off the bench. He cracks in so hard. Loved his smother and goal.
  • That last quarter in general was such good viewing. Watching us steamroll them was amazing.

Ugly
- Prison bars. Get over it. Try focusing on winning not puffing your chest.

I work with a bunch of Port fans. This is how I'm making my entrance into work on Monday.

Rankine dropped as many F bombs in the post match interview as goals he kicked.

Gotta love it. And he's living it up on the boundary with the fans like he never could at Gold Coast

He deserves to do the same in front of a proper home ground.

Nothing worse than an amazing goal that the crowd doesn't get around.
