Latest email reply after they told.me to go to the online store and enter the barcodes and it "should" work.
Now it's.
"Thanks for getting back to me sorry about the delay, unfortunately your $25 membership voucher that you have received is for the Port Adelaide store at Alberton only and not online. The Prison Bars guernsey will be released in store again in June and the voucher can be used towards that.
As for the credits associated with the children’s memberships this is towards our members rewards store which is a separate online store members can purchase from not linked to the Port store."
This club is a rabble from top to bottom and the member experience just keeps getting worse.
All I wanted to do was use the credit they gave me from the 5 membership I pay for personally to but my Dad a new prison bars jumper online. I don't live near Alberton and have already made the trip once to be told it had to be used online.
But apparently the credits are worthless for what you actually want because the computer says no.
