Jack definitely comes in for Pitt when he's fit.

We can't rest Pitto up forward, he just doesn't give us anything.

He doesn't take anywhere near enough marks around the ground either.

When he pushes back, he's unreliable at best.

He's too slow to keep chasing and put pressure on opposition.

What Pitto does well is the body/muscle work which allows our mids the space they need to win the clearance. But I think Jack just offers much more in other areas.

If McKay/JSOS are available do they come for a runner?

Ideally TDK is number 1 ruck….Jack 3rd tall and has 5 per qtr in the ruck…McKay takes all fwd 50 stoppages

I like Pitto but we can’t seem to get 2 rucks and 3 tall forwards to work

We're better when TDK is the number 1 ruck.

Pitto makes way when everyone is fit. Harry and JSOS in.

I think it depends a bit on the ruckman we are opposing.

We have done a fantastic job against the bigger ruckmen in recent weeks playing both Pitto and TDK. Pittonet does some heavy body work early and really hits hard in the linches, then TDK takes over with athleticism in the third quarter.

Worked particularly well against Marshall two weeks ago, and I thought it was also pretty effective vs Gawn (not sure what happened to Grundy - he looked like balancing this out in Q1 and then I don't think I saw him for the rest of the game).

GC have Witts and I think this tactic works well against him too. He looked stuffed earlier in the year but has been in better form recently and worth planning for.

Its late in the season to try new things especially coming back from injury but with McKay and JSOS down we've got one less tall. It has helped our side immensely with the mids rotations. When McKay comes back I would like to see him play 2nd ruck, as Hawks did with Roughead. Then we don't need a 2nd ruck or JSOS and it allows for more of our mids to play.

No need to rush anybody back into the team, we win this game if we are switched on and I can't see any reason that we wouldn't be. Forced changes only for mine.

You want to shrink our defence before we face Ben King, Casboult and Lukosius?

Not sure I agree mate

Marchbank had 4 marks for the game yesterday - so did Cincotta.

He had 2 tackles for the game - Cincotta had 4.

Cincotta powers into contests, runs forward to provide carry through the centre. Marchbank right now looks a little lost.

He’s a natural interceptor, but we have others playing that role already.

He’s not great defensively - I’d be worried about him on any of King, Casboult or Lukosius.
