Pearce for Mckay is the obvious one. I think Draper on Curnow but I honestly think dropping Banfield back so Ryan doesn't have to split his time trying to intercept between Curnow and McKay.

Walker & Clarke can take smalls with one of Hughes and Banfield coming off their man to cover the contest. Put Aish as a defensive winger outlet in place of banners on the wing.

It will be interesting to see who plays on CC. Draper looked great on the weekend and is a lot taller than I thought, but if CC gets on a hot streak, as Payne and the Lions found out, the game can be changed in 5 minutes.

Both teams in form, but on paper,pound for pound we win easy.

Will come down to the midfield battle. I don't think you have enough weapons up front to challenge us unless it starts to flood into our d50.

Whereas whoever Pearce doesn't play on will likely have a field day regardless of the amount of entries.

I'm hoping E.Hollands sorts out the fumbles below his knees after shaking off the rust last week. If he didn't have that occur a few times he would have been close to BOG vs Norf.

Seems to get it in dangerous areas consistently and use it well, just has to pick the thing up!

Gov has been great, but interested to know where you saw he was top 10 for general defenders

As for Boyd, he is top 8 in the league for defensive half pressure of all general defenders, Newman is 6th, Gov 143rd

Apart from Durdin, who has averaged 1 kick a game, Boyd is 2nd behind Gov for efficiency by foot

Boyd, Gov, Weitering equal for lowest 1v 1 defensive losses at 25%

General defenders

In tackles, Newman 1st, Boyd 2nd
Spoils, Gov 1st, Boyd 2nd

He’s not that high. His afl player rating average is 10.13. He’s not in the top30 defenders (not sure about gen def).

On another note. Weitering is 6th ranked as a defender. Against all defenders. 2nd only to Sam Taylor. Only one game of data though.

Harry McKay is ranked 5th against the entire afl of players.

That is an obvious statement, but some people take a little banter as trolling.

Some supporters are a little too precious about reading an opposition supporters comments on their board.

Anyway, hopefully we can break our duck egg at Adelaide oval and take home the win.
