We had the better of the umpiring today, and were maybe a 2% chance of kicking a goal even if it wasn’t paid.

We will see if results like this build character. We will ALWAYS have to beat the team +umpired at any game at the MCG. With a little class under pressure, we can. We are not miles off. But we will need to not let teams get a jump on us.

Starting Crouch on the field and exploring other ruck options are a fantastic start.

Great: Rankine's goal. And even better we didn't have any other pesky goals to go along with it after dominating possession for 15 minutes. That would have taken away from the great goal.

He wouldn’t be playing as a full time mid for any other team in the league. Complete liability. At least Crouch plays within his capabilities.
