I asked that question and was told that SANFL are building on the western side. We own the other building so we will sell it probably to developers.

I used to hear it more often, but we got the doors and windows double glazed.

It kept out noise much more effectively, and it also helped keeping rooms cool, so after getting them installed, we ceased using the ac too.
