thoughts?
worth trading cyril? only got 2 trades left and with only 5k or so in the bank the best options i can get without double trading are probably brennan, douglas, higgins or murphy.
Finished top of the table and if i manage 2 get through this round ill get next week off so cyril effectively only...
haha yeh mate your not wrong. Truth be told if Kobe Stevens didn't get dropped i most probably would have brought him in last week. My mids are my only line really shallow on coverage so hopefully i can ride it out otherwise i may trade to avoid copping a zero.
barlow for ablett or chapman?
Im not convinced that either of them wont miss a game or two on the way home however im leaning towards chapman as my midfield bench is weak and bringing in chapman i can use the DP with my forward line as extra coverage incase he does miss. There isn't really any...
942/8 good start, only had one player not crack the ton for me so far. If Brown is out i have hitchcock's 64 as cover and have majority premiums still to come as well as no zero's this week. Hopefully on track for a nice score.
nice team, really like the bench cover in most positions as well as a couple of the dp links. Only concern would be having just the five trades left but with fairly solid cover hopefully that shouldnt be to much of an issue for you.
My team: with 7trades left and 25k
B: Goddard, Hodge...
lost 2247-2241 thanks to a zero in my forward because of franklin gettin rubbed out for this week, hitchcock getting injured and griffiths being a late out for richmond friday night...
Early days still but the mid rookie strategy really could work this year. I started 4 rookies in my midfield and still managed 2100 thanks in large part to the extra premiums i could afford in my backline and forward line. This with franklin and gray not playing for me and having to get replaced...
thanks for the quick reply. My midfield consists of gibbs, corey, rich, coughlan, haselby, boak and then barham and beams on my bench. Ive only got 13k in the bank so any trade i do will involve me trading out taylor walker who is one of my reserves in my forward line. I also have 10trades left...
my midfield has been copping it the last fews weeks, missing corey for a couple. Now ive got boak and coughlan out. Was just wondering out of coughlan, boak and rich who u think is the best option to upgrade.
Boak wasnt a player i had planned on trading as he was doing well for me this year but...
haha yeh cooney is one i ddnt notice at first glance which is worth a look will save me a bit of money going into my next trades aswell, might just wait a couple weeks and upgrade to gablett though he is due to drop a bit of $ in the next few weeks and i should have the finances by then. Thanks...
thinking of upgrading rich to an elite. can afford any player not named ablett or bartell. My current midfield consists of gibbs, corey, boak, haselby and coughlan..with beams and barham on the bench.
So whats your thoughts on who i should pick?
got through some how :D 1950ish to 1800ish very happy with that considering the zeroes i copped as well as some of the rookies i had to play on my field. Hopefully higgins and bock are both back for next week and i can field my full strength team. Not sure if ill make the top half of the draw...
playing new and improved, they have an eliminator ranking of 21404 to my 5346 and on paper looking at the two teams would definatly rate my chances. However been ravaged by injuries this week and even if i trade ill be looking at copping a couple zeroes so pretty sure im done and dusted...
