Just sounded like eddie whinging about Brisbane again to me. He managed to fit in the salary cap, as well as two favorable tribunal cases, the brisbane players getting of fines for talking (like it was the same as his coach), but barely mentioned the unfair mcc contract other than to quickly ask...

Actually, as Lewis cleary stated he didn;t interfere with the "tribunal" process (as "contraversy" eddie made out), he interfered with the investigation. Its like the DPP instructing the state prosecuter to push ahead with charges after deciding not to. Its fairly legit IMO.

it was both really. It was wrong wording in the rough play charge, but a wrestling charge would have been successful. but you are right, I'd love to get a copy of this contract, I'm sure even I could see some way around it to honour the contract and keep the "integrity of the game"
