    Nothern Riverina Football League

I played in 2006 for Parkes U/17s. Noted a few gun players from the W/Wyalong side who pretty much killed everyone all season.

    Nothern Riverina Football League

Great to see an NRFL discussion board. I played in the league for a season - travel was a bitch but the clubs were very hospitiable to away teams - great competition.

    Asian Champions League

basically it was first used on The World Game forums by a Sydney fan to describe Melbourne people, and gradually gained in popularity.

    Asian Champions League

From Urbandictionary.com: 2. **** Australians, in particular, people from the state of New South Wales often refer to people from the state of Victoria (especially people in Melbourne) as "*****". Often aimed at Melbourne Victory Football Club in chants at A-League football matches...

    Asian Champions League

Same thing occurs in other countries, (so no use accusing the FFA of 'ZOMG SYDNEY BIAS !!!1111!!!), which is the reason for the reformatting of the ACL in 2008. For the record, I believe the 06/07 Premiers/Champions should be in the 2007 Champions League, but from my point of view I'm happy...

A-League Round 13: Sydney FC v Adelaide United

Veart should of been sent for the Bolton kick IMO Anyone note the overly physical tactics Adelaide used to try and put Sydney off?

A-League Round 13: Sydney FC v Adelaide United

ah crap, I was only hoping for a Melbourne loss! Perhaps I should look at the ladder before making such comments :o To RoosterLad: The refereeing was ********e, I am not one to bag Umpires/Referees usually, but the ones that the FFA are employing to officiate A-League games have been...

A-League Round 13: Sydney FC v Adelaide United

Don't worry, the feeling is mutual. :) Great win by the lads today, few ******** ups though (Aloisi's goal for starters), but overall good effort. Carney was great, as was Milligan in CD. Adelaide was just their usual, ********, overly physical selves. Nothing out of the ordinary...

A-League Round 11: Newcastle United Jets v Sydney FC

Was a bit gutted with the draw, after leading for so long, but the lads showed some heart which was fantastic to see. Pleased with the point.

    Our next star?

I generally don't like Adelaide Utd (no offence guys) but I like Burns - he is a NSW lad :P And beside, once they pull on the Green and Gold, I don't give a **** who they play for (even the *****), I support them.

    Dear Melbourne Victory......

This may surprise you, but I didn't mind Littbarski as a manager. His tactics were a little weird, but it won us the Championship so I'm not complaining.

    Sydney losing the Grand Final......

I don't want a second Sydney team, let's get everyone behind the Swans first. Unless there is a massive influx of Vics/SA/WA people moving to Western Sydney who are willing to give up their current allegiances to the support a new team.

Do You Realise How much soccer will be shown

Why can't we all just get along?? :( Seriously, does it really matter if a sport refers to their own as football? Its beyond a joke how protective some people are with the term, for example ssome AFL fans: "ohh but we were in Australia first that means we can call it football and noone else...
