List Mgmt. List management for 2016

For what it is worth, I think Paul Stewart will not be offered a contract next year. But rather than whinging about it, he is all club man. Look at his instagram account and note his intro. It says something along the lines of very Proud Port Adelaide Power Player and future player manager...

Four Big Announcements Leading into Xmas 2015

Just saw this posted to the Port site. Didn't see another thread mod, so apologies if there is one. http://www.portadelaidefc.com.au/news/2015-12-13/four-big-announcements-coming Interesting - love how they do this. First clue - http://www.portadelaidefc.com.au/news/2015-12-13/btw-clue-1...

Resource Potential Port Adelaide father son players

Just confirmed he played the following: Previous AFL club: Port Adelaide (2004-12: 140 games, 10 goals). (from the AFL website) Interesting oversight - hehehehe, he really did burn his bridges didnt he!

Resource Potential Port Adelaide father son players

Interesting that they didnt mention Troy Chaplain who has a boy and I am fairly certain did play just over 100 games for us or were we saved that insult? I dont particularly want a chaplin playing for Port, but just want to check on whether the kid actually qualifies.

Adam Kingsley. Would have him in front of Bishop.

    Club History Recruitapalooza

Would have to agree Milan Faletic. Sticks Dolan already mentioned somewhere here. Bomber Clifford is a shoe-in, watched him tear apart most opposition midfields. We did have Mark Dawson in 1979 - only stayed a year, but it was a good one. Jeff Blethyn - wasn't he part of the 1977 premiership...

Universal Love Travis Boak - The Number One Number One

OK - people may ask why am I bumbing this? For one very great reason. While the cows are suffering and now whining about losing Dangerfield, our wonderful captain chose to stay... Yes stay. Lets not underestimate what he has done & the magnitude of the decision he made (originally) and then in...

News Darren Burgess back to Port

Hi Sorry for bumping this thread, but I didn't want to create another thread. It looks likes Darren is getting the fitness staff (plus Ken) back into running also and they are raising funds for the Cancer Council. Time for we supporters to help support them. It looks like Ken was lagging a...

    Toast Kern Mother ****ing Hinkley

Not sure where to put this but found this on the PAFC website and it looks like Ken is a part of it and is lagging in donations. Just did my bit - now over to everyone else to help Ken (I had noticed he was looking much more trimmer of late!)...

Paul Stewart - SANFL List Manager

OK, thought it a good time to bump this thread. With Paul being ommitted against Fremantle and coming up as a restricted or unrestricted free agent at the end of this year, I am a little concerned we may lose him to another club. A lot of clubs are trolling through our list I would suspect at...

    Port the new Swans?

Don't you mean "Adelaide are the old Port"? (circa 2009-2012) would be more accurate.

    News Matt White joins Port

Nnnnnnnnooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just watching him now, love the kick out straight to his opponent, or better still the handpass directly to Geelong? Shall I keep the blunders going? Even Commetti made the comment when Chaplin was one out in the goal square "Chaplin doesn't...

    Jared Polec

Jared's response to the above was something like I hate that particular photo and laughed about it, but I liked Tom Logan's response to this which was something like " I bet you Jaws doesn't get 3 Brownlow votes #30&3". Tight bunch of boys we have.

    Jared Polec

Been reading the Brisbane board to gauge reaction to Polec's form. A lot of them are saying he has no defensive side which I find hard to believe. I've watched all his games and so far he runs both ways. Plus I don't think Hinkley would condone anyone who didn't have a defensive side.

    Our financials

I think you will find that if we don't its primarily about our starting point ie we are coming from a long way back. Both KT & Kochie have repeatedly cached the financials and advised we are on a 3 to 4 year plan to get us back in the black. Remember we are still investing also to ensure future...

Don't tease us - I so want to see this montage. If its anything like the one they did for the miracle showdown last year, then I am already in tears. I am on a knife's edge...I know I should go to bed now, but I can't seem to budge myself away from big footy in possible anticipation of the...

Mega Thread Port Forum 'General AFL Talk' Thread

Famous last words.... Year he leaves 2013, we make the Finals, finish higher than Richmond and actually go deeper in September. Coincidence? (Truthfully I can't entirely put it at Troy's feet - but gee it's good to hang sh*t).

Looks like Kenny knows the best way forward. He is starting Poles on the bench - good idea. That way, they can't line him up and he can just sneek onto the ground & kill them! Love it - Smiling assasin:)

    News Port on TV thread

I've seen Hinkley's speech, but would love to see any preamble from 360 posted (pretty please Wookie). Being in Darwin, we dont get a lot - even Footy Classified last night was a very watered down version locally. so will need to see if the version online is better.

Toast "Dear Fos" ... Memo from Hong Kong # 6 - POWER & SPONSORSHIP

I know Alan "racehorse" Greer very well. He played in the first 2 of the 6 premierships in a row (although played in the earlier premiership of the 50's). I never saw him play - a little too young for that, but he told me countless stories. No doubt he would have loved the day - although he...
