Hasn’t had much of an impact apart from injuring our captain
I’m not a consistent VFL viewer but I think he has been ok, but not overly impressive. Also injury affected?
Has had his share of injuries. But did get a run of games this year, with a better VFL side around him, didn't seem to get going really. Had some moments re: goals and big tackles, but nothing screamed potential senior player.
Then got injured again.

Has sorta looked at his level in the VFL this year. Like the AFL quality players when they come down to VFL blow the comp away such as mids having 35 and a goal or smalls having 15 and 3 or 4 goals where i don't think Konstanty has had that and usually he includes a brain fade or massive stuff up in front of goal in each game

Our record with picks between like 10-20 is horrific but then again or record of picks in the 30s and 40s is the best in the comp

He came with a reputation as an elite forward pressure player, and that's a role that is hard to play in a struggling side. Our VFL team finished 18th (out of 21) last year and are currently 12th. One thing that's surprised me is that he hasn't really had a go in the midfield when previous Reserves alumni who don't play that role in the senior side get a run out there.

If he wasn't a first round pick no one would be asking about him. Hasn't exactly made an impact at VFL level, and there are others better than him out there
It's hard to be your best if you believe your card is marked. Two options - shove it up them or give up.

Yep shame as I was a massive fan of him on draft day. Hasn’t come on but someone will take him he’s better than whatever small forwards at many clubs
Ripping the captain’s arm out of the socket in a pub is a career limiting move.
Maybe the Captain egged him on !

is his draft year i didnt think there was a whole lot between him and bailey humphry in terms of their impact on the team. But then humphrey hasnt exactly set the world on fire either at gcs. Maybe that gippsland team was a better team or maybe the draft was a bit weak (as youd expect given covid although at least the vic country kids had a life)

Very likely one way or another to not be with us, I’d take a late pick from your club, you won’t use all of them anyway and it will help with our bidding

He must know that he hasn't made enough of an impression to guarantee a new contract.
