Franjic was great this season imo and will only get better. foshini is another great young defender. add them with vargas and leijer we are set. i would like another wing back as kemp is slow now. heard we were after thwaite a few months ago.

disagree, i think franjic and foschini have been ok, but they arent strong enough just yet, id definitely be looking to sign another experienced centre back whos strong in the air and taller than 6 foot.

Just read on Twitter that Adam Hughes has gone to Perth.
Confirmed on a two year deal. Good signing I suppose.
He is better than our current central midfielders IMO but he is still not the player we need to sign. Running out of spots for a genuine creative central attacking midfielder. With Fergie as manager I doubt he is even looking for one as you don't need creativity in a hoofball game plan.

Wouldnt have minded keeping Hughes as he was easily our most improved player last season but its sounds as if he wanted to play hardball on the contract front.
