I've avoided both over the last couple of years. Both are proven scorers, but at the same time, they can burn you and have a bad week just as easily!

I had the choice of Enright/Shaw for Grimes.

Ended up going with Enright...

A very rough plan for the next 3 weeks:

Tonight:
Grimes <> Jacobs
Curnow <> I.Smith

Next week:
Harris <> Swan
Toy <> Scotland

Two weeks:
Matera <> J.Tippett
Duigan <> Enright

Of course, this is very rough and injuries and circumstances are bound to change it. I'm not sure if I'll have the funds, but it would go pretty close. That would leave me with:

B: Goddard - Scotland - Deledio - Enright - Gibbs - Heppell - Lower (Stanley - B.Smith - Batchelor)
C: Swan - Judd - Pendlebury - Selwood - Mundy - Krakouer (Swallow - Jacobs - Irons)
R: Sandilands - Cox (Smith - J.Tippett)
F: Franklin - Pavlich - N.Riewoldt - Harvey - Goodes - Petrie - Darling (Tapscott - I.Smith - Richardson)

and 15 trades.

took a punt on jacobs now to up grade harris mundy or sammy mitch looks great value..mmm?

Derickx, probably.

Tippett has only been selected for the R/F MPP with Petrie, Bailey is on the way back from three knee recos, Gawn is an emergency this week and might get a couple of games towards the end of the season, and Derickx is a mature-age who is playing reserves after being injured.

Yeah I'm in an absolute quandary. McKernan could have a ball playing against so many youngsters. but then Matera played well a month ago at AAMI and last week.

So I've gone with McKernan cause Matera is due for a bad one Not the best logic eh ahah

Shaw's been consistent this season so far and looks to be a keeper. From what I've read, Jacobs is probably a week away from full match fitness but has been playing well and given PA's run should get some games for the rest of the year. So good trades I would have thought...

l took a punt on young jacobs he looks solid and has had good form in the SA comp but playing the swans at home tough first game.really depends on how many c'woods you have in your team to get shaw,he's been solid so far.

Was keen to get Sandilands in so went

Can still do my Midfield upgrade next week

Went with Curnow > Smith and Grimes > Murphy

Could have splashed out on a better defender but want to save some cash to upgrade to a premium mid or forward next week and Murphy's scores have been pretty good apart from one shocker against Freo.

was tossing up between enright and newman, even though enright will go down in price next week... newman has 2 byes to come.
was about do otten -> jacobs to avoid a donut but puopolo got named... thank god gibbs could be subbed into the midfield bench to get heppell into the backline... no donuts this week!!

Had to do grimes -> Jacobs, curnow -> Boyd. Would have liked to wait a week on that one and got shaw this week but Harris buggered me up with that one.

i ended up doing Grimes to Pratt and Curnow to Corey.

The Corey situation paid off in dividends! lets hope pratt can get on his bike and have a blinder~!!

Waiting on Shaw failed. Will have to downgrade someone next week to afford Shaw. Enright isn't looking good atm. Burning through trades like nothing. Libba to Jacobs and Grimes to Shaw next week.

I messed up my basic maths, traded Grimes down to Pratt thinking I had enough to trade Curnow up to Mundy and was a few hundred short! Decided to bring in Selwood instead, could be the best mistake I make all season!
