Incredibly that same body of evidence gives Jordan Lisle better stats than Merrett in almost all of those areas.
Now that he's delisted...
Quod erat faciendum. Where does that leave Merrett?

Source? Awesome news!Great to hear Crisp about to re-sign. Loved his 2014. The sleeping giant

No, with many people in this thread discussing his trade value. Within this context, my contribution was designed to demonstrate, by citing his statistical return this year, that Merrett would not attract a first round selection. As I said, we should keep him as a depth player and give him a mentoring role in the Reserves. With qualities that you haven't been able to paste in here, I suppose?
Surely Sydney cant have cap room. Would love to know what we offered Ryder. When it comes to Ryder, I believe that he is DEFINITELY (see I'm being definitive) leaving Essendon.
But I also believe (Not definitely) that the same word that IOC President Juan Antonio Samaranch, said 21 years ago will be repeated....
SYDENEY....
Gazumped again by the bloody Swans!

I'd like to support any possible raid on Port for stealing Polec... ideally take Wingard, Hartlett or GrayI'd love nothing more to acquire a player from any of the clubs that screwed us in snaring the five sooks that buggered off last season.
The crap we've had to endure from opposition supporters and their veiled threats come trade / draft time would be humorous to turn around, especially if are able to pull it off.
As long as it doesn't mean Carlton snare Mitchell.I think a growing part of me wants to see Ryder at Sydney.
I'd still get a hell of a lot of entertainment from it but without any of the "what have we done" cognitive dissonance that will come with trading for him.

And Aish has started contract talks as of last week
