Not a bad pick. Won't play round 1 but on the very small sample size I've seen I expect him to overtake all of our fringe mids - CEY, Lyons, Grigg etc pretty soon. Looks to have something about him.
Will be interesting to see how the hard cap of 90 rotations affects us.
Given each side this last NAB round has an extra two players on the bench compared to the real stuff it is still not indicative of the real impact come round one and beyond.

I reckon with Gore and Lyons originally not travelling, they're comfortable with the midfield make up. But with Knight and CC out they are probably not certain how the fwd will set up. I expect Mackay to play the higher half fwd, working up and back, but it's harder to predict what the other solution will be.
This is why I was surprised Lyons seems to have been overlooked. Can take a grab and kick a goal and provide a few clearances a well.

Although, Lyons is a known quantity to an extent, so if they were going to test a taller forward set up with Dear or Shooter, Lyons (or Gore) would be better off with a full SANFL trial.
Can you go post this on their board please?
Waste of time - most of them spend more time reading our board as it is! I'm sure they are all well aware of it by now.

Yep - I think that would be a flawed assumption "just because we want it to be true". I don't think it is a flawed opinion.

the only banner I've ever taken to a sporting event would have been nearly 20 years ago when my uncle took us to Adelaide Oval to watch a One-Day Match between South Australia and Queensland
At the time, they used to give prizes for the best banner in the crowd for the ODI, so we made a banner hoping the same thing would happen for the domestic competition..

I'll start up a thread a couple of days after the NAB 3 match.
You named 3 young improving players and 1 import.
I expect improvement from Knight, Atkins, M Crouch, B. Crouch, Cameron and Lever. Plus I expect Seedsman soon and Menzel to have made an impact this year. Gore too perhaps.
Natural internal improvement, plus some imported improvement.
You also think the draw is evenly weighted because the fortunes of next years ladder and random and that dangerfield was average; so who really knows why you think what you do???
Sanders - don't misrepresent me. I never said the draw was evenly weighted, I said you can't tell who has an easy draw and a hard draw until after the fact. I've never said Danger was average either, I said we might be better in 2016 without him than we were in 2015 with him.
