Brown has been used as a crumbing forward. He's just adding more strings to his bow.

He be more Chance getting a AFL game for us as a Crumbing Forward then a Inside Mid

I don't want to dampen the romantic notion of getting another Daicos at Collingwood, but I saw him several times playing Colts in the YJFL against my son's team last year and I saw nothing to make me think he could be AFL standard. I hope I'm wrong. His younger brother Nick is supposed to be the better of the two.
It's also interesting that the younger Silvagni is showing good signs and will very likely surpass his older brother, not that he has to beat much at the moment. He's already 195cm, runs like the wind and has a fair bit of mongrel in him.

Well he is Playing for Vic Metro so Gone long way past that.

Meh, I'm happy to see him playing an inside mid. The inside midfielders we have, some won't be around for ever. It's good for his development you want him to have a good balance of inside and outside game.

He would be ticking a few boxes if he is both an inside mid, with decent ball skills; and can be an effective, crumbing small forward too.

He does seem to have developed quite quickly of late, yeah.
Would have been interesting to see how he would have gone if he didn't break his wrist. He's playing under done atm no doubt. He has some AFL traits from what I have seen. Nice sidestep in traffic, good skills. Hopefully get to see him play on Friday.

Could not see why they won't play Him

He could easily be rotated out. Didn't star in the game. Hope he plays.

Doubt he be Rotated out after playing 1 of the 2 Games.

Also guess depends how his Hand Came Up

I do not want to be a damp squib. but recruiting should be objective. further down the draft with the 20% discount 3rd round on we can afford some sentiment. i do not win either is picked to go that early, their names has seen them highlighted a fraction more than they would otherwise.

looking at the draft there seem to a few semi-classy (at least) rebounding defender types that could be available at around our 2nd round. which seems to be me as a real need. but I don't think either will go before that.

well i think the the biggest requirement for recumbent are smarts/skill/vision if they are smart footballers with skill can fit them in regardless of size or playing position.

Possible Collingwood father-son selection Callum Brown was Vic Metro's high disposal and clearance winner with 27 touches (12 contested) and eight clearances, while also managing one goal. While not a big guy at 177cm, 69kg, he did not have a dominant influence and on several occasions his disposal was sloppy, but his hardness at the ball, run and carry with ball in hand and his workrate all stood out.

So Going by Knightmare Report that Brown can get the ball but there not much Hurt Factor but he Always Try, Tough at the Ball and Does have some Speed.

Sounds a like a Faster Blair

Well, 3 and a half.

But yes, it is a fair bit of time to fill in...
