I'm just wondering with Cameron looking like he's off to Brisbane if we should look at getting pick 10 and garlett for lever.. Would you do it and also do you think Melbourne would be interested in that deal?

Two of my biggest pet hates on bigfooty.

1. People thinking their team won the draft ( or Journos or whoever) within hours of it ending. Flogs.
Thankfully this something we will never have to worry about.

Bombers and Suns ain't letting their guys go that cheaply. Bombers would demand a first rounder for Francis.
Have you seen the deals the Bombers are trying to do. And have you seen anything from Francis to indicate he would be worth giving up a first rounder for. Ignoring the Menzel to GC bit in the post above, Essendon need to do something drastic if they are going to get those deals across the line.

Francis looks a bust, but can we benefit from homesickness ??

Wouldn't mind taking a punt if they'd like pick 17 or 19 for him.

I don’t think that’s the issue Jen, you should always keep more guns than you lose.
It’s about how many you lose compared to everyone else.
I suspect we are right at the top of that tree.
As it happens, I'm on holidays, kids at their grandma's house, wife working, listening to trade radio (never again) and decided to put my valuable leisure time to good use (lol). I could only be bothered going back to 2013 - and freely admit we lost Gunston (homesick), Bock & Davis (expansion $$), and Tippett (flog) prior to this. There's always the old argument of quality vs quantity, however the results over this period are interesting none the less. I'll leave the in-depth analysis to those more qualified.
