In need of a cheap m11, I've currently got SPP, Barrett, Parfitt...any suggestions.

While your footy knowledge is far better than mine (no, I'm not being sarcastic) the norf board general opinion is different to yours and mine. I want him in because he is second year and older etc etc.
The norf board say he is fringe at best. Believe me, would love a crystal ball on this one. He'll be a super pick up and score well IMO. Just don't have the cojones to pick him over Simpkin, who they will force feed games to. (Simpkin will become a very popular player at North very quickly I feel, just got a bit of showman in him in a subtle way.

Tossing up between Taranto/WHE/Houston in FWD line for F6 (Butler(Dammmmmit!)/Eddy)
Have $233k to play with.
M7/8 i currently have SPP and Barrett then (Pickett/hibberd/Parfitt)
I am a LITTLE concerned about having bottom end rookies and not much cash to splash, but VERY happy with the rest of my team.
I did a lot of work to squeeze macrae in to my FWD line, as i thought 2 rookies is a little too risky on field, having missed Butler's score.
Any thoughts would help me stop pacing around the room!

Gunston and Rough won't be 'proper' forwards this year. Shoey if he doesn't clunk it brings it to ground for the small forwards.

Looking to lock down my F6 with a solid rookie option. Have a touch under $200k which leaves me short of the Taranto / WHE types.
The guys I am considering are Bowes, Florent, Simpkin and Turner.
At the moment I have Bowes in there. Yes, his JLT scores were underwhelming, but he is a gun that I think they will pump games into. His DPP is handy, too. Florent I like but he plays for a top two contender and could get pushed out. Simpkin and Turner have good job security, but I doubt will have high ceilings in terms of scoring.
Can anyone talk me out of Bowes?

didn't really follow the Hawks this preseason, but yep, Fanfooty says he started in defence and was swung forward
