I dont know about this favour we apparently did GC, but I'd be confident it wouldn't translate to letting a player slide to us. If we do trade up to pick four though, it has me thinking that gold coast wont take Luko at 2 or 3.

I think we will look to add more via the draft as well. We have lost Charlie, McGovern and Hampton as players with some pace and replaced them on the list with Stengle and McAdam. I suspect we would be looking to add another quick player or two in the draft.
if we keep the current picks I would not be surprised if we showed strong interest in the likes of Cadwell, Butters and Hill who all have a bit of explosiveness in their game.
Ah right. I think it was always happening, probably just held off to make them squirm a little bit.

No we've been very transparent that Luko is the one we really want. Rankine/Rozee/Hately are more if they're next on our depth chart.
We'd probably know Luko better then most clubs seeing he trained with us last preseason as well.

I like Rozee and could definitely end up a better player than Rankine. I am not sure I mean if Luko is reportedly a clone of Nick Riewoldt then we'd have a very good tall forward to pair up with Fogarty in future. Tbh drafting is a gamble and could go either way.

The AFL is fast becoming more about flash than substance. Why does Trade Week need to be a week and a half long? They could get the trades done in 3 days if they didn't roll up at 10, chat for 2 hours then leave for lunch. So wanky.

Heard that the Crows have come to terms with another club for a pick within the top four...however, apparently the AFL is keen for the deal to be held over until after the trade period to add to the theatrics of the draft. #afl #afltrades
I hate to break it to you, but as a former native of the Barossa we do actually speak the same language as the rest of Adelaide, we do have social networks and we don’t wear hats on our feet. Not only that but footy is huge out that way.
