Tigers often just skid it in with a chaos ball. Not hoping for rain.

Geelong have been a very good wet weather team over the past 10-15 years

However Rich played very well in wet weather against the Eagles - didnt slow them down at all - i think the ground is in that good a condition - the rain doesnt have much of an effect - like its not heavy conditions - if it was - it would really suit Geel

I'm excited. Some players surprised me yesterday (Bews the big one) and I woke up in the greatest mood. My entire household celebrated for close to two hours this morning.
Not because we won, but because of how we did it.
We have as much chance as anyone from here. The beginning of this year I would have been happy to make finals, now we are minor premiers who are into a prelim against the scariest momentum team at the biggest ground in Australia, and everyone has written us off already.
This game is going to be a banger. If we can pull this off its going to be bloody sweet.

TBone is gone, he won't get that overturned. I'm thinking if we put Harry Taylor as FF, then bring in Henderson to play as KP backman in his place. Taylor can take a mark and kick goals. The other question will be around Rohan, I kinda hope he doesn't play because his form recently has been woeful.

I dont like small forwardlines but i do like afl standard players.

Has to be Henderson then. I'd roll with that.
Can swap with Taylor if we need.
Actually adds versitility.
They will run two big ruckmen so we will need a key sized minimum.
Nankervis will play central defence to support Astbrey, then there's Grimes and Broard. We will need to stop their aerial control with Hendo and Sav.
Even then we'll be well down on height across the lines.

If unsuccessful with Hawkins appeal, I'm leaning towards Henderson in... Taylor at FF, with Stanley playing deep when alternating with SavRat.

Is Dangerfield carrying an injury? If so, he may be playing forward all game...

Is Ablett injured had 2 shots fall short & passed one off from distances he'd usually put the ball back 5 rows?

Here's what we know:
Rohan can play
Abbott can't play
Buzza can't play
Fort can't play
Henderson can play, but can't play forward
Stanley can play, but can't play forward
Rohan hasn't played well in finals.
And Smith?

Rohan too unreliable - body and performance - to risk. (If only we had the pre round 7 Gary !)

Must at least stop the intercept marking, which means two talls. Bring in Hendo to CHB, Taylor and Sav forward.

Left field (not going to happen) idea - Buzza - May not clunk them but could definitely contest marks hard, with reasonably good tackling - could pinch hit a little ruck.

Wouldn’t be surprised if we have other outs - Ablett and Danger looked proppy.

Well, if he rucks and Stanley goes forward, we're weaker in the ruck (ie, everywhere except the ruck contests) and still don't have an effective 2nd KPF
Ok, then maybe Hendo FB, Taylor FF

This is the call, Taylor forward Henderson into the back line. You just need two strong forward marking options and no one offers a better option then Taylor.

Did you know GWS has beaten Pies, Cats and Tigers all convincingly this year and are the ranked outside chance at 7.8-1 on Betfair atm?
Lucky I got on them at 36-1 ;)

Nobody wins an unwinable match like Geelong

And nobody loses an unloseable match like Geelong either lol

When did they convincingly best us?

It was a 4 point win and we had our opportunities but failed to take them
