Well, he did made a change this season to not favour teams like Geelong. The benefits of having the brother of a Cats champion in a senior position.
Disgusting.
AFL have to suspend him for this. They won't.
I think the rumours circulating about Carlton are hilarious and show that they have not learned from past mistakes.
Supposedly they're going hard at trying to get Clarkson and Ross Lyon is their back up option.
As always with Carlton they think that success can be bought rather than built. So this potentially leaves Teague as a dead man walking who is just going through the motions, so you can almost write Carlton off this year.
Whoever they get, it's not going to end any differently from what happened with Pagan and Malthouse.
I agree, this guy was adamant it was the highest selling AFL merchandise item for the whole comp in 2020. It's possible given so few clubs had home games. I suspect it may have been either their highest item or perhaps highest selling jumper but just interested if he is right or not.
I seem to recall that the 1 free kick he gave us was when we were breaking out of the centre after a centre bounce and he recalled the ball for the freeI am surprised you didn't bring up the Montreal screwjob from WWF survivor series 1997.
yep I remember that game well as I watched it live at the casino in 2016. My crows mate was drunk and slammed his scotch glass in disgrace.
exactly..... Troy Pannell gave only 18 free kicks in the 1st 3 quarters of that game. 17 to the dogs and 1 to the crows.
nope it was 17-1 to the dogs. I still remembered that final quarter as well. Crows were denied 2 free kicks in a space of 20 seconds. 1st Rory Sloane head was taken off then Eddie Betts was pushed in the back.
Agree on all of this - but - when you are threatened by the AFL that your credentials will be revoked - and you cant earn coin - then the natural result will flowI've said this before on here but I work in a journalism-adjacent field in a totally different industry... and the conduct of sports journalists is absolutely disgusting and a blight on the profession.
I have not come across an industry as poorly covered as Australian sport. The amount of shilling, ass licking rubbish that is sprouted from basically paid mouthpieces of sporting bodies is abysmal and sports journalists should be ashamed of calling themselves anything other than blatant marketers.
They should be mate, if the van isn’t there the kiosks in the south eastern corner should have some there.Hello fellow footy fans, can maybe tell me if Beyond India was open for your game last weekend? Daughter looks forward to it every game and is worried it isn't open tonight.
Could not see it out the back of the Western Stand where it normally is, can’t comment on the other side of the ground though.Hello fellow footy fans, can maybe tell me if Beyond India was open for your game last weekend? Daughter looks forward to it every game and is worried it isn't open tonight.
Straight red FFS.Yeah kind of like when Adelaide United played Melbourne Victory in the A league Grandfinal over in Melbourne and lost 0-1 after our main striker was sent off in the first minutes of the match. FFA apologised and the red card was overturned, but of course not the result.
In my opinion in situations like that 2012 prelim where there is official question of the officiating of the game a change in the result should be considered, or better yet a replay.
Most games are officiated pretty fairly even if there are poor decisions; In the instances where they aren't officiated fairly, and obviously so, it is difficult to consider the game a real contest and therefore it follows that the result itself shouldn't be considered legitimate either.
Everyone makes mistakes, but there is a difference between making mistakes and repeatedly making lots of mistakes that generally seem to favour the same parties.
No umpire wants to decide the result of a match (Well, some). That's why you see play on calls late in a match near the goals.

Next to McDonaldsYeah the kiosks at least were open, but go to North Indian cuisine on Hindley street on your way in, cheaper and much better!
Thanks for that. CheersThey should be mate, if the van isn’t there the kiosks in the south eastern corner should have some there.

Who could forget Buddy getting the free kick for getting Rutten in a head lock?

What about the blatant throw by Neale that led to the ball even being in Brisbane's forward line? Umps pay that and it's game over anyway.Has the goal that Selwood kicked in the 3rd quarter after Guthrie was taken around in a 720 degree tackle and not pinged been mentioned by others in here?
