He got us going at times against the Tigers. Was big against the Dogs in the last when we needed someone to stand up. Got us going against the Hawks.

Allows Cripps to go forward & have a rest
bang

A lot f great points in such a short post. CC is getting better and better, he was marking what he should have had a chance of tonight, so clues with his body and positioning in a one on one situation.

Have been pleasantly surprised at how TDK has taken to the main ruck role with Pinno out. JSOS is just my favourite player like his dad before him, heart and soul, gives 150% and just oozes class. Guy is next level football brain. Think people are finally realises what he means to this team.

Praying Marchbank does a CC … praying his body gives him the chance.
I think we are looking good with 1 ruck and an extra runner.

third quarter blitz was fully fueled by kennedy..........what a quarter............
When he gets going, by geez... he controls proceedings.

Jack Silvagni didn't have the best game against the Crom, but he really has taken leaps and bounds from a baby faced teenage prodigy, to becoming a man and player, somewhat different to his father, bur the Italian Stallion and Silvagni bloodlines clearly flow through Jack's blood.

I would like to think Sergio is looking down, somewhere, someplace with a massive grin of pride on how well his grandson has matured and developed as a player

What an awkward photo.

Saw Carroll in the middle/stoppages a few times today too.

Not sure who the other winger was today??

Anyhoo, Carroll kicks like Ken Hunter, just thought I’d mention it.
he went to ground at one stage and could have chosen to stay there but didn't - bobbed up, ball came back to him he dished off to fish - bang..........can play

Agree. Owies is really struggling and out of form. Credit to Durdin for getting up the ground and supporting defensively.

Sad that Honey has been injured, would've been a handy option. Motlop is very close to being ready. Our lack of ground ball presence in F50 is a glaring weakness.

We get more crumbing goals from McKay and Curnow, ffs.

Owies often plays behind his man. He did tonight constantly.

Durdin has been great defensively and is good when he gets the ball, but he can’t seem to get the luck of the bounce when it’s on our forward line.

Fish is making up for both of them.

Hurrah! That was a win that good teams get! :hearteyes::hearteyes::hearteyes:

This Curnow fellow…. I’m not sure where we found him, but he seems to have something.
best breatho refusal of all time.........

nb: always comply with a police officer's requests, kids..........

I can’t believe some people are jumping up and down about the last quarter “fade-out”….fade-outs don’t matter when you are 66 points in front at 3 quarter time…my name suggests I can be quite negative but even I can’t get my head around that!

second time in his career that fish has been in the form of his career..........for a smaller player he really seems to need that momentum.........fair enough.......

How good is it sitting there in the last quarter knowing the game is in the bag. Been a while.
Thoroughly enjoying myself at football again. Been a while.
Going into every match now, expecting to win. Been a while.

As for the game - Charlie, Crippa are stars of this competition. Good to have them back.
It told you all Youngy will make us forget Jones quickly and wait until Marchbank comes in.
All this with key personnel still missing. Love footy again. Keep it going baggers......

Vossy has been able to convert 6 losses against opponents in 2021 - into 6 wins in 2022 - Suns beat Carlton in 2021 Freo is the only team that Carlton beat last year that has beaten Carlton in 2022 - so far. I'll back Carlton to smash Suns and beat Freo next time around.

Game 2021 2022
Richmond L -> W
Port Ade L -> W
Doggies L -> W
Hawforn L -> W
Norfs L -> W
Adelaide L -> W

Go Blues - finally we have a coach who has a clue and is likely to get the best out of what every player has to give.
Slight correction…we beat the Hawks last year

Crippa’s going to get cited for that bump on Murphy isn’t he… I mean it was just brilliant, but the guy was subbed off. And Christian can’t help himself.
