Now if we rated Curtin in the top 5 of this draft, all we would have done by doing the trade was kick the can down the road for a year for what would be a top 5 pick..maybe pick 1.

But looking at Curtins profile and highlights..he is exactly the sort of player that can make a real difference for us and he certainly looks to have an A grade ceiling

It also puts some level of risk on it - WCE could improve, and we could lose the pick on Welsh.

If we have the chance to get top five talent now, then take it.
