Not sure if anyone is making a fuss about Longmire's comments on the score review system in his press conference last night. But the media is taking a massively out of context. Before he made his comment, he made it very clear that he hadn't seen any of the score of using the game last night. The journalist kept pushing and he gave a very generalised answer about how broken the score of your system is.

He's comments were reflective of how almost everybody feels nothing more. But media seem to have used it as clickbait.

Weitering and Saad were teh standout defenders for Carlton last night - by a big margin.

Agree on Saad. Thought Cinc close checking on Heeney was important. Kemp was erratic. Newman good but slow. I love Weiters. Just didn’t like how loose he was last night is all.

Hope we bring back the forward handballs and change of angles next week. Been a while since we’ve looked at our almost-unstoppable best, with fast movement through the middle.

We just seem to be a lot more conservative with our ball movement atm, and worse for it imo.

Walsh and Cerra should again be better for the run (not that they weren’t good). Hopefully Gov is too. Hasn’t looked good since his return.

I am not denying Mckay's positive game or his selection but prelims and Grandfinals are games of inches. Missing 2 shots from the goal square will not cut it in the biggest games

It's almost as though he's the only one who realises that 9/10 times, a high OOF or a deliberate OOB, are the least punishable "mistakes" in the book these days. Rarely hurt you, unlike fumbles for instance.

Fumbles, unclean hands, kill you. OOB are easily moppupable.

I am seriously thinking of emailing Channel 7's footy media department and roast them and Brainless Brain over his absolutely pathetic and harsh words about a player who has had such a awful run of rotten luck with injuries and worked his bloody backside off to earn his spot in our finals team and was damn fantastic (yes he made one or two mistakes but so did many of his more celebrated teammates last night

Brayshaw not much better..

Brayshaw is ****ing awful… says the same thing over and over, “first time in a decade”; before indulging in magical thinking on score reviews “I don’t think he touched it, Hodgey, geez should be called a goal”.

BT must know how bad his efforts are, he just does it as that’s his brand. Brayshaw presumably believes his first class batting average qualifies him to give the same turgid football commentary performance over and over again.

And that we were in front for the entire game, and also kicked a fair few points?
Could not be prouder of our boys. And it wasn't what I'd call enjoyable until final siren.
Both sides locking down.
For mine, we were clearly the better team, as we prevailed against theirs and umps rampant last q pressure.

Of course I'm happy with winning, but didn't think we looked anywhere near as good as we've been lately.
This team is capable of playing much better.
