Always liked Fish, since we drafted him. Yet, as it stands. Don't see him in our best 23. Hoping that Boyd gets picked, got the attributes to shine in finals games. Is tough, loves to tackle and has genuine leg speed. All things that Fish lacks.

While I am concerned with Fisher's defensive strength, think these comments are a tad over the top

Most sides have an attacking HB, who is less defensive

You need to weigh up all players in the back 7 and while someone like Cincotta is there to primarily shut down an opponent and is stronger defensively, he does lose his opponent far too often

I think it's more of a toss up between Cincotta and Fisher, which will come down to the sum of all parts as a defensive 7

I have Cincotta just ahead based on the last outing, but have Fisher ahead over the last month

Fair ratings - not sure Docherty wont play a mix of HBF and mid - for this coming game...

Also not sure Fisher is a better rebounder- I think players are given 'designated' roles - interesting to me that both Cincotta and Kemp ( along with Saad) have all beeen less prominent in running the ball forward since Boyd was suspended. I think the defensive rebound and multiple options in overlap and forward movement has gone backwards or not been as good as it was. Defensive structure and mix NQR - I woudl play Boyd and Cincotta if Docherty isnt playing at least a rotating role back there. Vos may have other ideas - no doubt.
