Another two weeks of selection debate. Yay!

Question marks on all the below:
Pittonet - do we prefer a 2 ruck set-up?
Acres - plays if not injured
Weitering - plays if not suspended
Fisher - does his form warrant a game?
Kennedy - can he play without a game in two months?
Dow - everyone’s favourite discussion

Cripps and Docherty will be right?

On Blacres - i'm no doctor, but it was suggested that if it's the AC joint , then it's a matter of getting the injection which will allow him to play . Can anyone confirm

Cripps , Doc, motlop and pittonet comes in
Fisher , fog , durdin , and perhaps Hollands or cincotta go out.
Sub will be Dow. He is lucky but has probably earned his place

Depends on severity of damage.

Magnitude of impact on footage looked low-medium and mechanism not really classic for clavicle fracture.

Hoping isolated low-grade AC joint injury which leaves open the possibility of playing with some local anaesthetic injection.

Need to make room for Motlop, Pittonet, Cripps & Docherty so 4 changes minimum.

I’ve got these 4 missing:

Fisher - Runs around on his own, doesn’t defend, no impact and butchers it way too much.
Durdin - Motts more dangerous.
Cincotta - Had a bag kicked on him. Worst game this year.
Marchbank - Strange choice for a sub.

Dow sub.

I would have thought we’d be Thursday night, with two Melb clubs having the marquee Friday night slot.

Anyway great for us.. should be a massive crowd if all the baggers turn up.

85k realistic? 80k Carlton supporters in one place would be awesome.

Lots of Sth Melbourne supporters too.

The giants had to win and we had 5th place sewn up.

There was nothing more to that 2nd half, right?

Right?
Yeah. I reckon we were aiming for the win but once gws went all in in the 3rd, the mental capacity to fight dissipated. Which is understandable, virtual elimination finals for 9 weeks straight and 5th spot sown up.

The loss will have its benefits, particularly our turnover game and our high defence will need to be looked at. We have the game for finals but a few areas need to be improved.

Should be close to 90k given the ~15k Swans fans that will turn up.

Cottrell on Gulden on the wing

Yep & Kemp on Blakey - reckon he’s the perfect match up, has the speed, agility & reach to make life bloody hard for him.
Shut down both of them & there drive and run will dry up big time.
Weiters & Gov can take care of the forwards, Newman to take care of Papley.
