Who's from Adelaide?

We have Air bnb options in: Payneham, Lockleys, Glenside, Clarence Park and Plympton and have no idea on those suburbs. We would like to have cafes/pub options close by. Any help?

Will you have a car while over there? Not as sure about food options but if you are relying on Public transport to get around Payneham and Clarence Park are probably your best options out of that lot. GotTheGoodes might be able to help with the meal options.

Yep. Stayed have stayed in North Adelaide and it was the best. Unfortunately since COVID the prices in the inner city areas have doubled per night. Places that used to be 170 a night for a 1 bedroom apartment are now 300+. I'm now staying out at Modbury for Tour Down Under and Gather Round. Not ideal but also not daylight robbery.

In my experience hotels have been cheaper than airbnb's recently .

While we are on the topic of being ripped off with prices. Essendon supporters pay to watch a team that is competitive and makes/wins finals. They can't even break the 7000 day run with the women's team. What a shit ****ing club.

Just want to say how disappointed that we are shunted off to Mount Barker with a capacity of around 5000 rather than given a game a Norwood Oval given the size of our fanbase. Surely that would have been a better option and would have drawn a few more people over from both clubs.

Honestly think we better get used to this now that Buddy's gone. We just aren't gonna be a priority in terms of venues or time slots.

I'm more pissed that we're given the worst team on a neutral ground.

The match ups don't bother me, the venues do. What is suppose to be a Round for all fans is turning into another Victorian dominated event purely based on the use of the larger venues.

That and I think it would've been cool to stand on the outer to watch Swans match.

Mt. Barker game is designed to get ppl staying out in MtBarker as opposed to Rads itself. They know how much extra it is to live in Sydney or Perth so assumed our supporters would be used to paying more to live further away to watch their club play...
