The A380 I flew on recently was pretty cool.....
It's an amazing bit of kit, but it looks horrifically ugly...
It looks like a 747 with a Tumor.

I just like looking at them , i'm terrified in them after what i went through in the Battle Of BritainIt's an amazing bit of kit, but it looks horrifically ugly...

I replayed it 4 times till I got the exact moment. They showed the replay at another angle. It looked fine from the other angle, this still seems to be a little after he controlled it
Who wants to live in a world like that?Nothing really. Would just be another tradition and quirk of our game lost.
Also instead of asking "what time is the bounce?" we'd have to say "what time is the ball up?" or something equally insane like "what time does the game start?"
Yeah. Carlton's form line is inflated by the quality of their opposition. But we ARE talking about Vic media, so they're always going to pump up a Victorian side. They're always rooting for Vic sides to dominate the league.I find it interesting that Carlton beat West coast by 71 points and they are suddenly a big chance for the GF. Gee, we beat them by 171 with a lot of players out and nothing much said. It was all about how bad West Coast is. Exactly who have Carlton beaten? They beat Suns 14th, Freo 15th, Hawthorn 16th, Port 2nd (with 7 players rested) and West Coast 18th. Suddenly Carlton are a finals side. These are sides they should have beaten. Even Port, who had most of their stars rested. Yet everyone is saying how great they are. They play Pies this week without Cripps, Walsh & co. They will get flogged. Moore will kill Kernow and that will be the end of the penny section
Our last 5 matches in comparison are; Eagles, 18th, by 171, Cats, 8th, a draw (which if we had kicked straight we would have easily won), Richmond,10th, down by 13, Bulldogs, 5th, by 2 (Dogs are seen as a smokie for the flag) & Freo, 15th, by 29 (we should have won by 40 or more we had far more of the play). Our scorecard looks better, except the Richmond match. Their wins have come against all bottom sides.
See s**t like this is what I can't stand and why the sport is arse now.
AFL Insta going all out to highlight Bailey Smith having a good defensive game (six tackles wow)
They don't care about other players doing that sort of thing week in, week out. Do you think they even acknowledged Parker having nine tackles on the weekend? Nope. Have been following the AFL insta for years now, don't think I've even seen Rowbottom make a single appearance on there. They've never highlighted Matt Rowell doing these things, only when he's eating grass or writing in his notebook being a "character"
It reminds me of last year when in both of our winning finals the media dedicated most of the commentary around both games to how Buddy played such a selfless role and how important his "bringing it to ground" was. Meanwhile crickets when McLean or McDonald do that most weeks.
I would rather all AFL media come out and just say "hey we don't actually care or have any interest in the footy, all we care about are the names and faces"
That's my point though I think they wouldn't even care, it doesn't interest them until one of their media darlings does it.They would have a meltdown if they knew how many tackles Rowbottom lays.

Ah yes I know every single one of these players, now I simply must get a ticket to these events this week

WHO's THE BLOKE SQUATING
Jackson is a gun. I think they'll be fine
Total campaignerZorko comes across as a rat
Yes, but at the same time, the footage was pretty damning.Zorko comes across as a rat
They've been in trouble for this before, sending Tom Jonas and Zak Butters (I think?) onto the field after a head clash without going through the proper protocols. Horrible look for a club. It's kind of slipped under the radar with Buddy's retirement, but Port must surely be in a lot of trouble, the doctor has to go and a full investigation needed
I'm still stunned that testing isn't mandatory! They've been in trouble for this before, sending Tom Jonas and Zak Butters (I think?) onto the field after a head clash without going through the proper protocols. Horrible look for a club.
I feel like the AFL have proven time and again that they're happy to talk the talk when it comes to what they stand for, but they won't walk the walk. Whether it's head contact, racism, you name it.I'm still stunned that testing isn't mandatory!
All the BS that spews from the AFL about how sacrosanct the head is, and testing after a head knock isn't mandatory
Yeah, you're really big on brain health AFL
