Apparently, the opposition has worked out Crippas game plan...Adding Dow on ball will be either a master plan or a total disaster.. lets see.

I can still recall the time when Juddy became a part of our club. Back then, we were on the verge of collapse, desperately seeking guidance and inspiration. Juddy emerged and instantly started mentoring and leading.

As we fast forward to 2023, it's mindblowing to see the abundance of talent within our club. The potential for success is there, and now all we require is a few players to rise to the occasion and truly make a significant impact.

Not asking for much.
Not sure if this makes sense, but during the course of a week I’ll bounce between feeling like we’re miles off the pace and then not too many tweaks & clicks away from bringing it together.

Now feeling strangely, slightly confident about this game now. Finals are now a pipe-dream, mine as well try a few things. Injuries are a bummer, but upside is we were playing shizen for weeks and just maybe the injection of different player's will really help.
Seems like JSOS is coming in and playing second ruck, would have preferred him in defence for the whole game. Did quite well last week in the two's.
Thinking that Voss will reluctantly play Dow this week, hope he has a blinder, we are going to need it.
Fish hopefully has worked on his game a little and will be ready to show his best. Like to see him play more in the mid-field.
Cinc should never have been dropped imo. Like the way he goes about it, provides a bit of run and good user.
Think LOB will get the nod over Bins this week. Against a physical side like the Dees, this may be a good move. Binns will surely debut over the next few weeks, maybe against a more moderate opposition.
We have had more than our share of media attention this week, now playing a quality team and we have many good player's not available. Just maybe we will see our boy's come out smokin' in the first quarter and then go on with it, stranger things have happened.

If Kennedy, Hewett or Curnow were dropped and produced a little less than Dow, they would be straight in.

The issue with Dow is the club don't know how to develop him and the coach doesn't know how to use him.

He's a mid who rests forward. He was that last year in the VFL and was very good at it. This year there's no forward time for him.

Team happens to be crying out for a forward/mid and leg speed.

Signs point towards Voss not being able to coach. He either needs help or needs to go. Depends which it is.

Honestly if Dow was even a C grade medium forward it'd still improve our forward line.

Demons aren’t traveling well at the moment so who knows we may just get up and win, it will be a very dure game both teams need a win desperately.
With some luck our Blue Boys will being home the 4 points.
Got everything crossed.
Go Blues.

I feel like we will win this

First season in a decade, well since the start of 2016 where I am struggling to pick our highs and lows of how we will front up.

This game, part of me wants a dirty ugly game, low scoring. The other part is loading up with a tall forward line and bang it in quick at every opportunity

Just don't have a feel which version of the team will front up

To put it simply I think that we have managed to tie ourselves into knots worrying about things that might happen and playing reactive footy.

I think that soon we'll just have one of those days where everything works and we'll start playing with freedom and blow a team off the park.

I hope that it's this week.

Player's that concern me.
Kysaiah is close to the best small forward in the game atm. Boyd could keep up with him and nullify his impact.
Fritsch is a gun, hardly ever see him miss a set shot. McGov needs to play him close.
Langdon is a terrific winger, maybe Cotters can don a job on him. I would trust him to shut him down.
Cripps versus Trac is a big one, the outcome could rest on this battle of the tanks.
Had a dream last night that H kicks five goals straight.
Go Blues, us by 9 points.

Usually come Thursday, I'm always thinking we are chance (how flowering dumb have I been) but now, I'm defeated and deflated - I just can't see how we win this.
What separates the best from the worst in pro sports is usually actually only a few percent. Can turn - haven't seen any signs and I'm not confident this week - but can turn

Eerily similar to how I feel. Just can’t pick it this season.

I fear Fritsch's hair.
