Game high centre clearances, 2nd for inside 50s, 3rd for clearances, 2 clangers.
Disposal efficiency wasnt great early but sorted it out.
Gotta find another target for someone to bag, his stat line is very good & kicked a nice goal.
I don’t see it with Paddy.

He’s not a “target” - why would Inhave one - bizarre comment.

I just don’t think he’s up to the standard. Can get it and struggles to dispose of it to advantage.

Don’t get me wrong I think we played well despite injuries before and during.

We played by far the worst team in the comp who only provided any type of pressure after half time.

Paddy spent the day on the ball - he’s just not not up to the standard.

How wil he go against top eight team pressure? Next week - all I see is turnovers coming.

It's Deja Vu all over again but we are basically back to where we were in 2022.

Beat either Collingwood or Melbourne and we play finals. Lose both and there is a ripping chance we finish 9th.

Cracking form and awesome to get another win. Is it weird that we come out with more concerns though? I'm worried that we got so Charlie-centric in the second half and really just got back to blasting the ball long and deep. I'm worried that we lacked defensive run in the second half and obviously the missing players are starting to stack.

There are very good reasons why we played that way in the second half... it is just that form and confidence stack and you just don't want to mess with what was working (ie: not that) - even if the reason is we were 5 players short.

Beyond that though, great to see Hewitt and Docherty control the game, TDK playing well in the ruck and the defence overall looking solid.

Wouldn’t be sleeping on games vs GWS & GCFC either & on some previous performances, STK too (but hopefully some payback on the cards there).

Watched the game on replay. What a first half and then played pretty well the 2nd half and did what we had to do.

Eagles still sub-vfl standard but nice to hand out a flogging. Charlie took full advantage again, he was super.

Everyone played well. Some of the lesser players, Holland's was really good, dow was solid and nice to see him get a goal

Nice to see cunners get a goal after getting burnt a few times (that was dows free for sure )

Only one I didn't really like much was Gov, just for his kicking, it was terrible all game.

Nice to see acres with his usual 2 or 3 out on the full (is there a stat to see who has the most in the league? He'd have to be up there)

Injuries an issue, hope they're not to bad.

Win by 12 goals. Takeaway? "I'm worried".

Thought he was pretty solid today, shanked a few but overall thought his kicking was better

He kicked a ice goal and hit up Charlie once which was good to see.

I think he’s a great extractor, tries very hard - the objective truth is he struggles with his disposal.

It’s what always sets him apart unfortunately.

Interesting to see how he goes in the furnace next week.

DC said the same to Dow “that was yours”.

Agree on McGovern, shitful kicking, very frustrating to watch.

Said the same re: Acres (obligatory 2 per game) & would like to know the total OOBOTF for the year.

Every chance he's the sub again if others are fit, which is fine.

Didn't think his kicking was that bad, missed a few but who doesn't. Showed he is decent depth if required (albeit under poor pressure from the opposition but can only play who you play)
