The resolve they showed in the last quarter when they knew the Pies would come at them was immense.

Ollie Hollands struggled a bit but have to admire his tenacity to keep going. He'll be right once he gets a few preseasons in him.

Marchbank wasn't at his best. Been a while since he was in the side and the signs of rust were definitely there. Huge game to come in for. He'll get better.

Tough luck for Cerra, he was BoG for me until he got injured. Was having a huge influence.

was immense after his massive brain fade early in the game. He competes so hard and when he's confident, he's so dangerous.

Owies was being a bit of a campaigner and I loved it. He's not a world beater but he plays his role and he puts everything he has into it.

Weitering and Charlie were our best. Thanks 2015 draft. When you have one key pillar kicking 6 goals in a massive game at one end and at the other end another key pillar as solid as a block of granite the confidence radiates through the whole team.

Just goes to show whilst it's not ideal to have injuries to so many key players, the application is the most important thing. Intent to apply pressure, put the body on the line, move the ball quick... it can make any team come unstuck.

Pressure and transition football was absolutely unreal. You hold us defensively and that's the recipe to beating us and you nailed it perfectly tonight. Full credit to Voss and co, for noticing something was obviously wrong in the first half of the year and he's corrected it amazingly well. Very likeable coach, honestly couldn't be happier for him. I am enjoying the salt and bitterness from jaded Crom (Adelaide) fans that Charlie is going to win the Coleman comfortably over their racist Village Idiot Tex.

In fact, aside from Pies fans, there has been a lot of rather sour and snide remarks from any opposition supporters (esp those competing with us for a spot in the eight) about our triumph tonight

In many ways it almost feels like several/multiple wins at once (with Essingtin, Saints and Tiger fans all rather upset about our win)
